License Agreement (Digital Design Files)

Applies to purchases from: DXF Files for CNC / Luvyen Design LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”)

This License Agreement governs your use of our downloadable design files (including but not limited to DXF, SVG, PNG, PDF, AI, and JPG) purchased from our website. By downloading or using any file, you agree to these terms.

1) Definitions

“Files” or “Designs”: The digital design files you purchase and download from us.

“Purchaser” or “you”: The individual person buying the license. If you buy on behalf of a company, the license belongs to that company (your employer).

“Physical Products”: Tangible items you manufacture (for example: CNC cuts in metal, wood, or acrylic; apparel; drinkware; decals; signs; labels; packaging; home décor; and promotional items).

2) Grant of License

We grant you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Files to create Physical Products for personal or commercial use, subject to the restrictions below.

Company Use: If the Files are purchased on behalf of a company or business entity, the license covers the use of the Files by employees within that specific company. No additional seats/licenses are required for multiple users within the same purchasing company.

3) Permitted Uses

You may:

• Use the Designs in your personal or commercial projects.
• Manufacture and sell an unlimited number of Physical Products that you make using the Designs.
• Use the Designs in client work. Your clients may buy the finished Physical Products from you, but they may not receive the source Files.
• Edit, modify, or combine the Files as you wish to suit your own projects.
• Store the Files on your own secure drives and make back-up copies for your use.

Note on print-on-demand (POD): You may use POD services only if the design remains restricted to your account and is not made available as a digital asset for others to use or download.

4) Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Share, gift, distribute, sublicense, or resell the Files (or any modified versions) in any digital form, including marketplaces, bundles, or “as a template/clipart/stencil.”
• Upload the Files to any platform, repository, or AI service where the Files could be accessed, extracted, or used by others, or used to train models.
• Claim the Designs as your own, or attempt to register the Designs (or derivatives) as copyright or as a trademark/logo.
• Use the Designs in a way that infringes third-party rights or violates any law.
• STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Repackage the Designs to compete with us (for example, turning them into your own digital product, design pack, or vector file collection). This is explicitly forbidden.
• Transfer the license to another person or entity without our prior written consent (except that if you purchased for your employer, the license belongs to that employer).

5) Ownership

All Designs are copyrighted works owned by Mehmet YUKSEL and DXF Files for CNC / Luvyen Design LLC. All designs are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (copyright.gov). You are purchasing a license to use the Designs, not ownership of the Designs themselves. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6) Attribution

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated when feasible (for example: “Design by DXF Files for CNC / Luvyen Design LLC”).

7) Delivery and Access

After checkout, your download links appear on the confirmation page and are emailed to you. Download the ZIP to your device, extract the Files, and start using them.

8) Refunds and Replacements

Digital products are non-returnable once downloaded or accessed. If your ZIP or any file is corrupted, will not open, or contains design errors, contact us at info@dxffilesforcnc.com with your order number. We will correct the files within 48 hours and send a new download link. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund. (This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer laws.)

9) Term and Termination

This license lasts indefinitely unless terminated. We may terminate the license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must stop using the Files and delete all copies, except those needed to complete existing, already-accepted orders for Physical Products.

10) Security, Copyright, and Enforcement

All copyrights for our Designs are protected. We actively monitor unauthorized uses and respond to infringement notices, including DMCA takedown requests. Our Designs are registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (copyright.gov). Unauthorized copying, distribution, or resale may result in legal action and license revocation.

11) Warranties and Liability

The Files are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee compatibility with your specific hardware, software, or machine settings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including production errors, machine damage, or lost profits. Always test settings and follow appropriate safety procedures when operating CNC, laser, or plasma equipment.

12) Miscellaneous

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law.
If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Files after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
